Public hub use

Public pages are for public practice, drills, scenarios, manuals, and awareness content. They are not a substitute for local emergency protocols, licensed medical direction, or certified instruction.

Team access

Team access is for approved HeartSafe EMS follow-up such as AED review, training coordination, and support. Start through the public support path.

Customer agreements

If a separate customer agreement applies to your organization, that agreement controls in the event of a conflict with this page.
